Result Darpan is an educational platform dedicated to helping students and aspirants prepare for competitive examinations and academic curriculums across India.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the platform independently. If you are under 18 years of age, you should access and use the platform under the supervision or with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• Accuracy of Information: By registering or providing information on Result Darpan, you represent and warrant that the details you submit are truthful, accurate, and current.
• Agreement: Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any revisions made to these Terms.

2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE & SERVICES OFFERED

Result Darpan provides free educational tools to foster learning, practice, and academic excellence, including:

• Comprehensive mock test series for competitive exams including SSC CGL, Railway NTPC, Railway Group D, and others.
• Subject-wise practice sets covering Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Studies, English, Hindi, and Science.
• School curriculum series and practice tests for Classes 9, 10, 11, and 12.
• Interactive topper and mentor discussions for strategy and concept clarification.
• Curated video lectures, revision sprints, and downloadable study resources.
• Personalized progress desks, streaks, test history, accuracy metrics, and achievement badges.

All materials and assessments on Result Darpan are provided solely for preparation and educational practice. We do not guarantee selection, job appointment, or rank in official government or board examinations.

3. USER ACCOUNTS & GUEST ACCESS

We believe in frictionless learning and offer flexible access models:

• Guest Access: Students can immediately attempt mock tests and access study resources in Guest Mode without initial mandatory sign-up. A unique Guest ID is assigned to track your immediate test progress and streaks locally.
• Progress Recovery: To protect your data against browser cache clearing or to resume your learning across devices, you can optionally provide your phone number or email address during login or from your profile settings. Re-entering this identifier restores your saved progress, metrics, and earned badges.
• Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and identifiers. Please inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE & COMMUNITY CODE OF CONDUCT

Result Darpan is dedicated to providing a calm, encouraging, safe, and academically serious environment for all learners. When using our discussion boards, mentor chat, and contact channels, you agree to adhere to the following rules:

• Respectful Communication: No abusive, profane, defamatory, harassing, sexually explicit, bullying, or hateful language is permitted. Automated language monitors pause chat access for 7 days upon detection of inappropriate language.
• Academic Focus: Keep discussions focused on educational questions, exam strategies, concepts, and constructive preparation advice.
• No Commercial Solicitation: Do not post advertisements, promotional materials, spam, affiliate links, or commercial solicitations.
• Platform Security: You must not attempt to breach, hack, decompile, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, or introduce viruses or malicious code to the website or its servers.
• No Automated Scraping: Use of web scrapers, bots, automated scripts, or tools to harvest test questions, answers, or user databases is strictly prohibited.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content and software made available through Result Darpan — including question papers, editorial solutions, mock test engines, graphics, visual illustrations, logos, trademarks, and source code — are the proprietary property of Result Darpan and Warish Raj, or licensed for educational use.

• You are granted a limited, revocable, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to view, practice, and read educational materials solely for your personal, non-commercial examination preparation.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, sublicense, broadcast, or create derivative works from our question sets or website content without prior written permission from Warish Raj.

6. ACCURACY OF EDUCATIONAL CONTENT & SYLLABUS DRILLS

Our academic desk works diligently to align mock tests and topic drills with the latest exam notifications and syllabi published by examination authorities.

• However, official notifications, circulars, exam dates, syllabus amendments, and marking schemes issued by respective statutory bodies (such as SSC, RRB, CBSE, State Commissions) are authoritative and take precedence over practice materials.
• Result Darpan makes reasonable efforts to maintain correct answer keys and explanations, but does not warrant that questions will always be entirely free from typographical or interpretive errors. You are encouraged to notify our team of any corrections needed.

7. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & EXTERNAL SITES

Our website may provide hyperlinks to third-party portals, government notification boards, reference paper repositories, or embedded educational videos for student convenience.

Result Darpan exercises no control over third-party platforms and assumes no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Accessing external links is done at your own discretion.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Result Darpan, its services, study materials, mock tests, and features are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Result Darpan and Warish Raj disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular academic purpose, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, and non-infringement.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Under no circumstances shall Result Darpan, Warish Raj, or its associates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use of, or inability to access or use, our mock tests or educational platform.
• Any examination results, performance outcome, score variations, or rank discrepancies.
• Unauthorized access to, alteration of, or temporary loss of user progress or test attempts.
• System downtime, network latency, scheduled maintenance, or unforeseen server outages.

10. SUSPENSION & TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, pause, or permanently terminate your access to Result Darpan, or any part thereof, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive or abusive behavior, or attempt to compromise website security.

11. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect evolving features, operational policies, or legal standards.

When changes are published, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be updated. Your continued engagement with Result Darpan following any modifications represents your agreement to the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted, governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of Result Darpan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
